लम्पी स्किन डिसीज www.vetpioneers.com परिचय ⏺ लम्पी स्किन डिजीज हा रोग इ.स १९२९ पासून १९७८पर्यंत मुख्यत्व आफ्रिकेत आढळत होता. नंतर हळूवारपणे या रोगाने सभोवतालच्या इतर देशात शिरकाव केला. ⏺ मात्र सन २०१७ नंतर वेगाने या रोगाचा सर्वदूर प्रसार होत आहे आणि आता हा रोग अनेक युरोपीय व आशियाई देशात पसरला आहे. ⏺ भारतात सदर रोगाची पहिली नोंद ऑगस्ट २०१९ मध्ये ओडिशा राज्यात झाली. नंतर झारखंड, पश्चिम बंगाल, छत्तीसगड तेलंगणा, आंध्रप्रदेश, कर्नाटक व केरळ राज्यात या आजाराचा शिरकाव झालेला आढळून आला. ⏺ महाराष्ट्रात या आजाराचा प्रसार गडचिरोली जिल्ह्यात (सिरीया) मार्च-२०२० या महिन्यापासून झालेला दिसून आला आहे. ⏺ तेथील साथिच्या रोगाचे पक्के निदान भोपाळ येथील राष्ट्रीय रोगनिदान प्रयोगशाळेत झाले आहे. लम्पी त्वचा रोग म्हणजे काय ? लम्पी त्वचा रोग हा विषाणू पासून होणारा संसर्गजन्य रोग आहे पॉक्सीविरिटे (Poxiviridae) जातीमधील कॅप्रीपॉक्स (Capripox) विषाणूमुळे हा रोग होतो. लम्पी स्कीन डिसीज हा जनावरातील विषाणूजन्य चर्म रोग आहे. याचे जंतू देवी विषाणू गटातील कॅप्रीपॉक्स प्रवर्गात मोडतात. या विषाणूचे शेळी,म
